Finding the Spaceship Parts in GTA V - Map and locations marked
Hi guys,
Here is the map for finding each of the spaceship parts within Los Santos. Franklin is the only one who can activate this mission, however Trevor, Micheal or Franklin can collect the parts. The mission is called "FAR OUT ONE" and is located in Omega in East Sandy Shores. Look for the icon with the ( ? ) Symbol.
Once you get to the ( ? ) symbol, you will find an eccentric hippy scanning his property for aliens life forms.....que X files music....and he will ask you if you have seen any aliens and how they came to him last night. The hippy will then tell you he was about to be abducted by the aliens, but their spaceship crashed instead. He asks for your help in finding pieces of the alien ship and shows you a picture of one he took on his phone.
There are 50 SPACESHIP PARTS to collect and will give you 100% completion of the "FAR OUT ONE" mission. Once completed, the ( ? ) symbol will appear again with another Omega unlock.
In the game there is 100 collectibles in total, 50 spaceship parts and 50 scrap letters.

If you have trouble locating them in the areas they are shown on the map, if you have the CHOP APP, Chop the dog can help you find the collectibles within in the game, including the letter scraps scattered throughout the map as well.
When using Chop, you whistle him over to you, bring up his option menu and then select the "Make Chop Hunt For Collectibles". If one is in range, he will dash off in its direction. Chase after him and keep following him to take you to the collectibles location. Use the map if you lose sight of Chop and he will appear on the map as a BONE icon. The closer he gets to a collectible, the more frequent he will bark.
When near an alien spaceship part, there will be a slight humming sound letting you know you are real close. If your still having trouble, here is a video to show all 50 parts being collected:
